1Account Registration & Eligibility

1.1 Age Requirement

Anyone wishing to access and play on the mm78 platform must be aged 21 or over. If an account is found to have been opened with a false age, it will be closed immediately and any remaining balance will not be refunded.

1.2 One Account Per Person

Each user may only open one account at mm78. Additional accounts using the same phone number, name, payment method, or IP address will be blocked and any bonuses will be forfeited.

1.3 Providing Accurate Information

When creating an account, you must provide your correct name, contact number, and all other required details in full. Accounts registered with incorrect information will be verified at the time of withdrawal, and if verification fails, withdrawals will be restricted.

2Account Responsibilities

2.1 Password Security

You are personally responsible for keeping your account login details secure. Do not share your password with anyone, whether with or without their permission. You are responsible for all activity carried out on your account.

2.3 Account Lending Prohibited

You may not lend, sell, or transfer your account to anyone. If this is found to have occurred, the account will be closed and any remaining balance will not be refunded.

3Deposit and Withdrawal Policy

3.1 Deposit Methods and Minimum Amount

mm78 currently supports the following payment methods — KBZPay, Wave Money, AYA Pay, CB Pay, and bank transfer. The minimum deposit amount for all methods is 5,000 Ks.

3.2 Deposit Verification

mm78 reserves the right to verify deposit records. Only deposits made using your own payment method will be accepted. Transfers from another person's account are not allowed.

3.3 Withdrawal Requirements

The minimum withdrawal amount is 10,000 Ks. The withdrawal method must match the method used for the deposit, and processing normally takes 5–30 minutes.

3.4 Withdrawal Verification

For large or unusual withdrawal patterns, mm78 staff may request identity verification (ID card). If verification is not passed, the withdrawal will be restricted.

4Bonus and Promotion Terms

4.1 Welcome Bonus

4.2 Wagering Requirement

You must wager 25x the bonus amount before any winnings from the bonus can be withdrawn.

Example 1: Deposit 20,000 Ks → Receive bonus 20,000 Ks → Total 40,000 Ks → Must wager 20,000 Ks × 25 = 500,000 Ks to be eligible to withdraw.

Example 2: Deposit 620,000 Ks → Receive bonus 300,000 Ks → Total 920,000 Ks → Must wager 300,000 Ks × 25 = 7,500,000 Ks to be eligible to withdraw.

4.3 Bonus Terms of Use

  • The bonus is available to local users only
  • Each person may receive the welcome bonus once only
  • The bonus is available via all payment methods
  • The bonus amount cannot be withdrawn directly
  • mm78 reserves the right to amend promotion terms at any time

4.4 VIP Player Cashback

mm78 has 4 VIP tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. Each tier receives a weekly cashback:

  • Bronze — up to 0.2% weekly cashback
  • Silver — up to 0.5% weekly cashback
  • Gold — up to 0.8% weekly cashback
  • Platinum — up to 1.0% weekly cashback

A player's VIP tier will change based on their playing patterns and betting volume.

5Betting Rules

5.1 Bet Settlement

All games on the mm78 platform are run fairly using Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. Game results are produced by a process that cannot be predicted in advance, so there is no outside interference.

5.2 Technical Issues

If a game is interrupted during play due to a network disconnection, server problem, or other unexpected event, mm78 will work to resolve the situation and, where considered necessary, will void and replay the round. mm78 is not responsible for losses caused by technical disruptions that occur during bonus play.

5.3 Game Data Records

mm78 server records are the final reference for any dispute. If there is a discrepancy between those records and a player's own logs, the server records take priority.

6Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the mm78 platform:

  • Attempting to exploit software bugs or glitches
  • Using bots or automated software to control live gameplay
  • Opening multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once (multi-accounting)
  • Depositing or withdrawing funds for improper purposes such as money laundering
  • Attempting to beat the platform through collusion
  • Abusing bonuses in any other way (bonus abuse)
  • Attempting to withdraw funds using false account information
Consequence: If any of the above activities are detected, mm78 reserves the right to close the account immediately and any remaining balance will not be refunded.

8Account Suspension and Closure

  • Receipt of a legal request
  • A serious platform security concern arises

8.2 Self-Exclusion

9Limitation of Liability
